Summer 7s

SoCal LOVES the festival atmosphere of Summer 7s! Clubs can pick and choose which weekends they’d like to compete in and in which divisions — U8-U18.

In order to play, SoCal member clubs register for the tournament directly with the host (see below). Touring teams are welcome as well! — Contact Justin ( for the process to get clearance from your playing Union.

To play Summer 7s, all athletes need to be registered with USA Rugby in RX (annual as of August 1, 2022) as well as with SoCal Youth Rugby in MatchFacts (per playing season — winter, spring, summer). As well, all coaches need to be registered with USA Rugby and current on all certifications. Coaches also register in MatchFacts (no charge) for proper rostering and access to your team.
