Referees are utilized at all age divisions — U8 to U18 and high school matches. SoCal Youth allocates from our own referee pool. SoCal Refs are compensated weekly once scores and match reports have been recorded. Start out as an Assistant Referee, which requires an online course only or jump into the center role via the L1 Referee Course, which is an in-person, one-day course.
